Celine Lin
CEO
Mrs. Lin as a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), with advanced certifications in gem identification, jewelry design, and digital jewelry rendering from multiple professional institutes in Taiwan. With extensive experience in both teaching and design, she has served as an instructor in jewelry design and metalwork at community universities across Taipei, including Shilin, Wanhua, and Da’an, as well as at rehabilitation and cultural organizations in Taipei and Yilan.
A jewelry design and metalwork instructor at Linkou, Xinzhuang, Banqiao, and Ruifang Community Universities, and also teaches metalworking as part of the diversified learning program at Xinzhuang High School.
Motivated by a deep love for young people and a desire to support their future growth, she joined the Joyful Club to serve as a role model—guiding youth to become pioneers of love and positive influence.
Today, PANELTECH.US has ongoing projects mainly in Kenya, Eswatini, South Africa, and Southeast Asia, providing green material design and implementation of circular economy through local and global partnerships.
